If you wish to book the Hall for an activity (e.g. birthday party, rehersal, recital or other activitiy), we have added some useful advice in how to best to do this. This advice is at the bottom of the HOME page and here :

1. Review the current Calendar to see if the time you wish to rent is available( i.e. not already booked)
2. Take a look at the rental rates for the Hall ( Booking Rates ) and decide if these meet your requirements
3. Send an e-mail to enquiries@swvh.org , along with a completed booking form

Once received we will confirm your booking and request payment for the hire
